2/5 #SAR_STAR @vvanthof’s career & education originally focused on snow science & she spent four weeks in Northwest Territories observing & characterizing a range of conditions & snow water equivalent within the arctic tundra (including radar observations, snowpits, etc).

3/5 #SAR_STAR’s @vvanthof career shifted from snow science to surface water hydrology after travelling to India in 2016 where she learned to utilize remote sensing to improve water management.
