Your wealth is your health. Remember Mental Health is as important as Physical.

Are you getting out of your head enough?

An apple a day makes you shout horray, but still go see the doc!

Exercise regularly, keep your body in check.
3. FAMILY

Family first right?
How much so you really value your family?

Be mentally, spiritually as well as physically present with the family

Ask how to help more
Give less orders.

They are not the army!

Make their lives easier so that life for all becomes better.
4.RELATIONSHIPS

Life is all about relationships

How is your relationship with YOU?

What value do YOU add to relationships?

Listen to help others.
Avoid listening to simply respond.

Be a Giver, pay it forward and receive more to achieve harmony.
5. CAREER / BUSINESS

How fulfilled are you in your career / Your Business?

Look forward to your work
Give 100% all the time
Help the organization prosper.
You will grow

Make such a difference that you will be missed, when you’re gone.
6.PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Are you the person today that you wanted to be yesterday?

What skills do you need to learn?Which skills do you need to master to be your true best?

With a plan you have the power to grow limitlessly. Don’t skimp on investing in yourself!
7.SPIRITUALITY

Being at peace with yourself is not only energizing, it’s cleansing & speeds up your growth.

How do you relax?

Meditations, going for walks in nature, Yoga or Pilates?

Find your own spiritual sauce for that added magic. Find your centre.
Be at Peace.
Give yourself a score from 1-10 in each area:

7-9 STRONG: you can get even better!

5-6 QUESTION yourself: work hard to get to the next level

1-4 WEAK: Get help from a partner/coach, work on a medium/ long term plan 2 improve.
