I have been flu jabbed. My arm hurts. Ok back to dyspraxia.

Dyspraxia in my case strongly affects verbal processing. When I had the ability tests at Occ'l Health & got diagnosed I did pretty good on everything then when we did the verbal processing test she just...stared.
Apparently I am in the bottom 10th percentile of the population for verbal processing ability and the rest of my brain has been carrying that bit for my whole life. What does this mean in practice?
When I'm talking, it's hard to put the words in the sentence properly. Like, the right words in the right places to say the thing I want to say. The native language in my head is mostly pictures. This makes me quite good at languages, ironically, because I don't go via English.
So when I try to say something, sometimes the other person/people don't understand the sentence, it doesn't make sense. It's easier in text because I can read it back before I press enter. But in person I sometimes have to have a few goes.
It made me very VERY bad at essays at school. Talking on the phone is hard too - I have to write a script to get it right. It's not just output that is affected - verbal input has problems too.
When I read scientific papers, I usually have to use 90% of concentration to understand the syntax of the sentence, and not enough is left to understand the actual meaning. So I have reading journals where I translate the paper into diagrams/brain language and then understand.
