Could be a lot of online shopping, also saw a lot of early promotions that made #Blackfridaydeals less compelling. That said it is telling that @bestbuy was busiest store by far esp given Tech success over last 2 quarters. But Thanksgiving/Cyber 2 most import weeks of holiday
Last year over $9b in revenue. 40% of 8 week core volumes. And while sales have been strong to date in Q4 without strong #Blackfriday hard to hit #NPDHoliday #NPDTech Revenue 4cast of 18% increase.
Final thought: Pull forward could mean pull forward from post #CyberMonday sales. That is also 40% of holiday Tech revenue. COuld be lots of risk in a late season fall off, esp with inventory/shipping concerns so prominent. #NPDHoliday
