Best that the body haver is someone you never met before, but if you must make sure not to do it more than once. It will immediately cast a light of suspicion on you.

Once you 'acquired' the body, dismember it into multiple smaller pieces.
Just putting it into a trashcan will not work, many make this mistake and get caught.

Once you have a bunch of small pieces you have 3 possible things to do:
(1) eat it;
(2) dissolve it in acid;
(3) get rid of it bit by bit.

Always works to do (1) if you are sure the person doesn't have various diseases. I don't recommend eating the gut and the brain and opting for the (2) or (3) method for them. Same for bones.
Dissolving it in acid is always great, but leaves a trail of evidence behind you. If you are someone who doesn't normally have a bunch of acid, and even if you do, this could be used against you in a case.
(3) is always good. I recommend freezing it so it doesn't go bad, and slowly throwing it out with the trash.
Throwing it into a river would be very convenient but it is hard to do without getting caught.

Framing someone is almost impossible nowadays with the modern forensics technology.
I usually for for the (3)rd method, unless it's a tasty looking one, then I go for partly (1)st method.
