As everyone knows, if you're doing crash diet. You are in malnutrition state. Bukan lemak je hilang, dengan muscle mass sekali boleh hilang.
Remember, our jantung need a solid muscle mass too.

Loss of heart muscle mass akan rosakkan blood vessels resulting in fluctuations of heart rate. Jantung susah nk pump darah, cardiac arrest, jantung in a very fragile mode.

Kalau you dah lose weight in a steady mode bukan crash diet. Still losing more than 1 kg, then congratulations. You are luckier than others haha. Asalkan you refer pada yang pakar, makan secara calorie deficit yang betul. Its fine. You can flex all you one.
In hospital, kami akan check your blood test and cardiac marker ,C-reactive protein (CRP), creatinine kinase-MB-CPK, CPK ni is one of the indicator. You all boleh je buat pemeriksaan sendiri. Request for heart status,
