Using their geolocale logic, EST (GMT-5) to JST (GMT+9) is 14 hours eastwards from origin timestamp destination from 2009-2011. With both sites being registered in June and July respectively, take north/south hemisphere DST into consideration, you end up in (GMT+11).
EST DST n/h summer is GMT-4. JST DST s/h winter is GMT+8. A 12 hour deviance from UTC is GMT+11.

If these guys new the forum timestamps were generated on Bitcoinorg, not Bitcointalk, they wouldn't be looking in London, they'd be looking somewhere around Bagnoo NSW, Australia. 🙄
