Last night I tweeted about how the vast majority of the community is just good people trying to have fun.

Maybe I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but this morning I'd like to focus on another aspect.

The people who tweet against toxic shit, but do nothing to stop it.

I've seen a handful of people tweet out 'Oh there's no place for toxicity or threats' but actively run with fucked groups of people.

Sexist pieces of shit, racist pieces of shit, toxic troll pieces of shit.

When challenged, they make excuses for these people.

'Oh, he's not like that all the time'

'Yeah, he's done some bad shit but he's always been ok to me'

Here's the long and short of it, as simple as I can make it.

If you make excuses for and/or surround yourself with pieces of shit, you are a piece of shit.

I imagine this will hit home for a few of you.

I'm not sorry if I've hurt your feelings.

Get your own house in order.

Call bullshit on unacceptable behaviour in your immediate circle.

If everyone does, this shit behaviour has no foothold.

Until then, shut your mouth.
