Deku stands as narrative foil to Bakugou - whom does indeed have a compelling narrative arc. They are fundamental to each other’s growth and a lot of Bakugou’s progress as a hero would not have existed without Deku’s presence. https://twitter.com/aotspencer/status/1331885379624996869
