The idea that taking a delivery driver Job for an actor/emerging casting assistant/theatre person is something you do only in emergency situations is 🙄.
And I’m not denying that there a huge issue with excludeduk. But let’s not pretend that MOST actors don’t have a secondary way of earning a living. Just in case your brain is making you feel shit for that being the case here were mine when I was part time assisting.
PR. Members club receptionist. Babysitter. Stagecoach teacher. Gymboree person. Security guard. Waitress. I also ran a comedy club and started @CastingWorkshop. So yeah. Let’s normalise 2nd/3rd/4th jobs.
