The majority actually doesn't talk about indoor dining or bars.
Ah here's why: in the red zones in NYC, which was max 10 people for churches etc, NO indoor OR outdoor dining is allowed. "Restaurants, bars, cafes and other food service establishments can provide takeout and delivery service
only."
And in the orange zones in NYC, which was max 25 people for houses of worship, ONLY LIMITED outdoor dining: "Restaurants, bars, cafes & other food service establishments can provide outdoor dining and takeout and
delivery service only. There is a four-person maximum per table."
So actually, in the case before the court, the state did not give permission for indoor dining or bars in any way that's at odd with the religious restrictions.
