According to Braynard and the National Change of Address Database at least 20,3111 absentee or early voters voted despite moving out of state. Again, a number that exceeds President Trump's margin of loss.
"This margin of victory in the election for Mr. Biden was only 12,670 and cannot withstand most of these criticisms individually and certainly not in aggregate."
