"It is better to be a human dissatisfied than a pig satisfied."
Let me expand on this (a thread).

A pig who is fully satisfied will never know human pleasures, for the pig has a very simple existence. They know nothing of the pleasure it is to be human.

Humans have a very unique and complex existence. A pig will never know the joys of love, friendship or doing good deeds. Yet, they will also never experience the pain of heartbreak, loss or death.

To be a human, who experiences all of these complexities, is better than being a pig who will never know these things. Our lives are richer because of these complex emotions we can feel.
