-If Dominion goes down due to Criminal investigation (Likely) who gets the IP? UK-SERCO-HSBC? or China?
-This IP should be listed as Dangerous & CRIMINAL Federal property, so every nation warned.

-This transaction is an ASSIGNMENT. If it's only for a loan, Dominion IF they had or could raise the funds, they could buy it back by paying the loan, but that's unlikely. It could have been SOLD to HSBC or in Escrow to HSBC to be sold.

As many know the assets can be seized if caught & they are valuable overseas so they might dump it in advance in case they get taken down the IP is owned by China or the Crown & can’t necessarily be seized & taken as property of the USA. Also investigator’s rights are less.
