There are multiple connections. Some go to Facory & electronics zones in Guangzhou area Guangdong. Registrant addresses in Beijing & This area are for a Chinese man with name Cao, the quintessential Hunan-Guangzhou name :D I would know. This area makes these types of machines

to be more exact, its the Guangzhou area that makes them, not Hunan in general, Huadu district mostly, but sometimes Panyu. I am available for paid tours but it would be expensive however you wouldn’t find a better guide as a foreign investigator hahaha
