Which begs the question of why make fun of this? “To be on the safe side” you say. Is this because it’s PC gone mad or something similarly inane? You highlight old-fashioned attitudes in the industry & that industry is still perceived as being male dominated. It might help to 2️⃣
change that if we didn’t have people making fun of inclusive, gender-neutral language that has been industry standard since before I was born, i.e. a bloody long time! How on Earth are we to get more women & others into the industry if they see people deriding its accessibility?
