For me it all started in May 2017 with my first ever panic attack because of #V2K. I was forced into a state of disassociation resulting from the shock and disbelief that I could suddenly hear voices no one else could. They would discuss in length and in details the most private
part of my personal life, which traumatised me extremely. Almost a year had passed before I could see the reality of my situation and do something about it. The whole time I survived isolated and struggling with the psychology behind the #electronicharassment.

2018 was the next
year running of my #V2K. By then I had prioritised finding the strength to withstand the torture of hearing voices non stop 24/7 everywhere.

On to my full second year in 2019 I started writing about my experiences with #V2K and #electronicharassment by keeping a personal diary.
In this year I experienced far too many painful and physical effects, such as sharp high pitch piercing sound like tinnitus in my ears, inner body vibrations, spine and back aches, sudden narcolepsy like moments and extreme fatigue, migranes, stomach aches, pressure points, stabs
and prickling sensations but also instant increase in heart rate to say the least. To me it was a powerful process towards my effort in seeking help and support in psychology.

Now in 2020 I am managing the anxiety that comes from occasionally hearing distressing voices or simply
remembering the ordeal. I am also learning helpful coping strategies and getting all the support I can get to keep a health mental wellbeing. This 3rd year ended the non stop #V2K but rather I get occassional targetting at times, and luckily it is noy the constant horror it used
to be. Honestly, I am not sure what I've done right so as not to get get bombarded with #electronicharassment anymore, it's a mystery.
My thoughts are also with all of you out there suffering similar ordeals. Courage!
