And paired with a content strategist, of course, who can help the team through what is likely to be a huge content audit. You want to know what’s working, what’s not, what to keep, what to update, etc. And there’s evidently a need for improving SEO.
If you work for a company that has a docs site read through that thread. A lot of the issues the OP pointed out are not unique to one organization but are the kinds of problems that can become bigger problems if you don’t get a handle on your content strategy early on.
