Article 2:

Aims

1. Our Commonwealth shall protect the liberty and rights of all of our people and safeguard the security and the independence of our country.
2. Our Commonwealth shall promote the common welfare, internal cohesion, cultural diversity and the sustainable
development of our country.
3. Our Commonwealth shall ensure the greatest possible equality of opportunity among all of our citizens.
4. Our Commonwealth shall be deeply committed to a just and peaceful international order and to the long term preservation of our natural
resources.

Article 3:

Respect for Human dignity

1. The human dignity of every member of our Commonwealth must be respected and protected in every place and at all times.

Article 4:

Equality before the Law

1. Every member of our Commonwealth is equal before the law and no
Citizen shall be discriminated against in particular on grounds of origin, gender, age, language, social position, religious conviction or because of a physical, psychological or mental disability.
2. Men and women have equal and full rights. The law of our Commonwealth shall
ensure their equality, both in law and practice, in the workplace, in education and in the family. Men and women have the right to equal pay for work of equal value.
3. The law shall also provide for the elimination of inequalities that affect our people who have disabilities.
Article 5:

The Right to life and to personal freedom

1. Our Commonwealth shall continue to respect every person's right to life and happiness. The death penalty is prohibited within our Commonwealth.
2. Our Commonwealth shall continue to respect every person's right to
personal liberty, freedom of movement and in particular to physical and mental integrity.
3. Our Commonwealth shall continue to prohibit inhuman, degrading, cruel punishment, cruel treatment and torture. Every person has the right to be treated by state authorities in good faith
and in a non-arbitrary manner and must exercise this right by presenting video and related evidence before our people whenever this right is violated.

Article 6:

The Right to assistance when in need

1. Every member of our Commonwealth who is in need and unable to provide for
themselves has the right to empathy, assistance, care and to the financial means required for a decent standard of living.

Article 7:

Right to privacy

1. Our Commonwealth guarantees the right of our citizens to be protected against the misuse of their personal data, the right
to privacy in their home, in their family and private lives, and in relation to their mail and telecommunications.

Article 8:

Freedom of expression and of information

1. Our Commonwealth guarantees every citizen the right to form, express, and impart their opinions as well as
the freedom of expression and of information.
2. Our Commonwealth also guarantees every citizen the right to freely receive information, to disseminate that same information and to gather it from generally accessible sources.
Article 9:

Freedom of the media

1. Our Commonwealth guarantees the freedom of the press, radio and television as well as other forms of dissemination of features and information by means of public telecommunications.
2. Our Commonwealth also guarantees the protection of
sources and prohibits every form of censorship.

Article 10:

Freedom of religion and conscience

1. Our Commonwealth guarantees the freedom of religion and the freedom of conscience and every citizen has the right to choose their religion and their philosophical convictions,
and to profess them alone or in community with others.
2. Our Commonwealth guarantees the right of every citizen to join or to belong to a religious community and to follow religious teachings and therefore prohibits the coercion of any citizen to join or belong to a religious
community, to participate in a religious act, or to follow religious teachings.
Article 11:

Freedom of association

1. Our Commonwealth guarantees the freedom of association therefore every citizen has the right to form, join or belong to an association and to participate in the activities of an association.
2. Our Commonwealth also guarantees that no citizen shall be compelled to join or to belong to an association.
Article 12:

Freedom of assembly

1. Our Commonwealth guarantees freedom of assembly and every citizen has the right to organise meetings and to participate in meetings.
2. Our Commonwealth also guarantees the right of every citizen to choose not to participate in meetings.
Article 13:

Economic freedom

1. Our Commonwealth guarantees economic freedom therefore every citizen has the right to pursue a private economic activity as well as to choose an occupation.
