Plants use light/energy to heal.

Be water. Soft as Gas, Agile as Liquid, Hard as Ice. Or be plant, which is all the above, simultaneously.

When you can become denser, than you can learn the opposite. If the paranormal can interact with the physical world, the physical can interact with paranormal.

Interact with your Ancestors, see how they drink the liquid offerings. They are your first line of defense.

End goal of shifting your phase is rollover to after life. Being able to heal your body and greater connection to Creator while being rooted/grounded.

Illnesses stem from stagnation, pooling, lack of flow.

Plant yourself firm, like a cedar, move your rivers.
