It's also important to note that the judges involved in today's decision - Britt Grant and Barbara Lagoa - were on Donald Trump's Supreme Court short list.

This is what Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans have been prioritizing this week: instead of addressing COVID relief or Trump's attacks on our democracy, they've been laser-focused on rushing more people like Grant and Lagoa into lifetime seats on the federal bench.
