I don't have updated numbers for you today; with the counties certifying early next week, I'll report the totals then.

What I CAN tell you is an Oswego County Supreme Court Justice ruling over AT LEAST 2686 ballots on Monday.

Yet another thread w/ math and proof below #NY22 1/
Before I get into the weeds here, this is a link to see Judge Scott DelConte's ruling from Oswego County Court today ordering this process to occur: https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=5mV9gT_PLUS_PfSBw15ejI2bFXA== 2/
Before I get into the specifics of each county, a couple important things to note: 1) there are many different types of ballots being ruled on, which I will breakdown for you and 2) some of these ballots have been included in the counts so far, some haven't 3/
BROOME: There are 466 of these ballots in Broome County. 358 have been administratively rejected, which means the elections commissioners ruled they had flaws and couldn't be counted. These have not been included in the count. The other 108 are challenges and have been counted 4/
CHENANGO: Chenango County has not yet filed a letter with the courts describing how many of these ballots are in the county. By phone Republican Elections Commissioner Mary Lou Monahan told me there are at least 20 challenges, no word on administrative rejections 5/
CORTLAND: There are 134 of these ballots in Cortland County, all of them administrative rejections with no challenges from either campaign 6/
HERKIMER: Herkimer County is one of two big question marks for Monday. No letter has been filed with the court, and the BOE would not comment on the matter when reached by phone. Will be interesting to see what comes out in court Monday 7/
MADISON: Madison County has 345 of these ballots total. 213 of them have been rejected for various administrative reasons outlined below, 132 of them were challenges 8/
ONEIDA: Once again, Oneida County is one to watch out for. 37 ballots have been challenged, but more interestingly, ~1500 have been rejected for administrative reasons. Keep an eye out for why on Monday 9/
OSWEGO: Oswego County is unique because here we have the only ballots that have been wholly untouched so far-- 73 military/overseas ballots not included in the count yet. Would be added to final tallies. Also have 98 challenges 10/
TIOGA: No surprise but there's likely the least at stake in Tioga County, where 15 votes were rejected administratively and there are no challenges 11/
