Libertarians stand against bigotry as a matter of morality & as a matter of policy.

Plank 3.5 of the National platform reads partly: “We condemn bigotry as irrational and repugnant.”

Violence based on fear or hatred of any sex, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation...
is born of a particularly insidious form of collectivism and would have no place in a Libertarian society.

Laws that institutionalize the oppression of trans people, including those which prevent trans people from seeking health care, which undermine their privacy, and...
which leave trans people at particular risk of abuse by the justice system must be ended.

All people, including people who are trans, must be afforded the rights to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness.
Rights must be defended universally. We are stronger united against state oppression than we are divided along lines of identity.
