Mini-thread of a few personal reasons why I believe @robertreidryan was so absolutely perfect at his job with the #Astros
1) FAN GIVEAWAYS. The quality and quantity of these ballpark giveaways increased by about a million percent.
2) He made an effort to TALK to fans and it didn’t seem fake. This man takes a genuine interest in the fans and makes them feel truly special. When he came to talk to us I said, “dude take my seat!” and he said nah I’ll just sit on the steps. This was for an entire inning! 
3) THE BEER SELECTION AT MINUTE MAID PARK!!!! #RootRootDrink

4) He truly appeared to love his job, love the city, love the fans, and love the team. The energy and intensity he had every time I saw him around the ballpark was infectious. @robertreidryan you did a fantastic job and you will be MISSED.
