So, a little reflection segment here:
The end of this month will be my 4 year anniversary on Twitter. It's surreal to think about the time I've put into this stuff and how different I am from first starting, but I wanted to celebrate a few things.

1st: holy shit I'm almost at 17K followers. When I first started doing these jokes, I didn't expect anything to come out of it.
When I broke triple digits I was thrilled, and then when bigger accounts started RTing...
Thank you, thank you all.

2nd: I haven't kept the best track of this, but by my estimate, I've put about $1.5K back into the TTRPG community by hiring artists for projects and backing Kickstarters.
It's always been a mission of mine to try to give back and this is one piece I feel really awesome about.

3rd: Speaking of giving back, I'm also proud to say that I've helped with multiple charity projects between drives, streams, and personal donations. Roughly $5K generated over the four years.
Honestly, I wish it was 10x that, but I'm still learning how to effectively do things

4th: Personal life (outside of all the 2020 fuckery) is doing well.
+Still with my favorite human, Hannah
+Still meeting awesome peeps
+Still have the drive to keep pushing forward

5th: Amazed that people were willing to listen to the shows I put out and read some of the things I wrote.
Was able to start a small business with friends who shared a passion for content creation. Haven't broken even yet, but we'll keep trying!

I think it's important to look at things like this every now and then as even small victories matter.
2014 was the hardest year of my life, and I was certain that I was checking out for good, but seeing what I've accomplished since and the people I met, I'm glad I stuck it out.
