There no reason for public health docs and Obamacare architects to interfere with this. FDA is capable of reviewing supplementary data after a vaccine is submitted for approval. Why wait until after @realDonaldTrump fought election?

Why insist on late November? The FDA could have accepted pending data as it came available. Not enough, because Pfizer would have to have told shareholders it had applied for FDA approval. That's news that would hit before the election. So Pfizer needed lobbied, not FDA
