The mormon god is a pro-choice god. Full send
Agency was so important to him he let billions of his children (whom he loves endlessly) choose the wrong path and be denied eternal salvation and dominion with him again. Agency is the core principle that fuels the plan of salvation.
That god is not drawing a line in the sand of agency to deny women the right to choose on the technicality of the moment of conception/consciousness. Even if that god doesnt want abortion to happen he would never deny it to them because agency is non-negotiable aspect of the plan
You cannot reasonably argue that a god who allowed billions of his children to choose the path of eternal exile would then turn around and deny women their personal sovereignty and the celestial entitlement to make their own private and mortal-life decisions.

p.s. And the idea that a mortal abortion would negate a spirit's ability to experience this life is kind of narrow minded for me to believe. If one is destined to experience this life they will. For arguments sake, if a person is placed in this mortal life upon fertilization
and then aborted, I have no reason to believe a just and fair god wouldn't relocate that spirit into the body of a fetus that will eventually come to term and be born into a family willing and able to make the decision to take care of it for themselves.
I don't understand the concept of believing in an omnipotent god--fair and just god--but then limiting that god's ability to, infact, be fair and just. It just doesn't add up to me.
P.s.s.
I am not comparing the choice to follow the wrong path and the choice of abortion as both "the wrong choice"
It was to establish the importance of agency.
I don't pretend to know God's specific opinions on certain choices. That's the whole point of agnosticism.
