I found an English language archive of the "USSR in construction" magazine, the first two images are from a 1937 publication that speaks about all the Soviet Republics and touches on the Armenian SSR.
The rest is from a February 1936, focused on Soviet Armenia.

"The gaze of hundreds of thousands of Armenians scattered over the face of the earth turns toward Soviet Armenia. A country of their own. Everything here is reborn, Its towns, Its industry, Its agriculture. "
Soviet Armenia

"The sun of Socialism has risen over the country in which the blood of many generations of the Armenian people had so long been poured out. A new life is being created in Armenia.

Stalin and Elena Abramyan, a worker at the Leninakan (now Gyumri) Textile mill."
"Armenia, tortured and suffering, doomed by the entente and the Dashnaks to hunger, devastation and depopulation, this Armenia, betrayed by all its self-styled friends, has now found salvation in the fact that it has proclaimed itself to be a soviet country…"
"The country sank to the uttermost depths of ruin, poverty and starvation. Only the revolt of the toilers of Armenia against the Dashaks and the establishment of the Soviet power saved a splendid country from inevitable destruction."
A Land of Ancient Culture

"Where Ararat and Alagez rear their summits to the skies.
Where Lake Sevan extends its waters.
Where foaming streams roar down mountain chasms."
"Here lives one of the most ancient peoples of the world, the Armenians. Situated at the very boundary of Europe and Asia, Armenia was invaded and ravished for many centuries by conquerors who devastated the rich culture of Armenia and destroyed the people of the country."
Sevan - A Lake of Living Water

"High over the valleys of Armenia, two kilometers above sea level. The Ancient Lake of Sevan has become a lake of life for Soviet Armenia. Two tremendous life forces, Electricity and Water, have their origin here in the heights of the mountains."

Industrial Armenia

In the natural wealth of Armenia, copper occupies one of the first places. The Alaverdi and Kapan mines formerly belonged to Foreign capitalists who savagely and wastefully exploited the Armenian proletariat."
The New People of the Kapan Mines

"Comrade Minas Paplan, Stakhanovite at the Kapan mine of Armenia and holder of the Order of Lenin award.

Comrades Peter Komoshin and Amayk Akopyan, outstanding and respected people from the Kapan mine.

The Kapan copper works."
"Old Armenia's pitiful industry consisted of a few small electric powerstations and a Shustov Cognac distillery. In Soviet Armenia, New large-scale industrial enterprises have sprung up. Including the Ararat Cement factory and a Lime factory in Davala.
"They possessed all that was needed to lead the country to happiness: the enthusiasm of the Bolshevik Revolutionaries, an ancient culture, inexhaustible energy, and the industry of the peasants. The young country rose like a giant. Her industry has increased twelve-fold."

"Soviet Armenia has built up its own textile industry. The Cotton from the fields is sent to the Ginning Mills, of which there are four in Armenia, and then sent to the textile mills. The Leninakan (Gyumri) Textile Mills have arisen from from an empty place."
"Fifteen years ago, industry compromised only 7.9% of the national economy. Now, Armenia is an industrial agrarian country where industry compromises 63% of the national economy.

"The Artik quarries of Tufa rock provide our building industry with beautiful and durable building materials. The newly erected book building in Moscow is faced with pink Armenian Tufa rock."

New, well-equipped cheese factories, working by electric power, have been built in the alpine zone of Armenia."
Erivan - the Capital of Armenia

"Building of the town Soviet in Leninakan.

Above the street in Erivan.
