At 2-7, there’s nothing left but to develop young players on a team that has talent holes all over the roster. To refuse to develop the younger guys to play vets in a lost season is basically treason Vs the team. If we believe Cal/Rootes that team will have new GM/coach ...

The idea a head coach on a 2-7 team would have the blindness to say he’s about winning & there’s no clear path to play young guys to develop is as shortsighted as it gets, & 100% par for course with #Texans who can’t see past the end of their own noses with this team.
The idea team is under construction when that should have been 2017/2018 - when Rick Smith went all in on Deshaun Watson & left $80M in cap space for 2018 - that’s when the construction was supposed to take place but Bill OBrien squandered all his resources. ...
