It is deeply frustrating as a non-disabled person to see the conversation go round and round in circles because other non-disabled ppl have already made up their minds about the definition of representation and inclusion.
The best thing we can do as non-disabled people is listen, learn and promote the good work being done. Finally, thanks to @TownTattle for sharing with me this incredible short film called In My Language which I think Sia could stand to learn something from
