7 hacks that will help YOU become more productive.

Exchange burnouts with energizers

// THREAD //
1. Take breaks

Organize your time and create breaks to rest. Do not rush with all the work at once, divide the work and make it easier to digest.

Breaks is not giving up. Breaks is taking one step back and three steps forward. Breaks are energizers to make the work better.
2. Stretch often

The fastest way to burnout and to get back pain, is to stay sited down for hours.

How to avoid it? Stand up. Walk around your workplace, stretch, move your body, etc. Do it for 5 min every 30-45 min.

You won't regret it.
3. Get a good environment

The energy around you DOES affect your work. If your workplace is around negative people, you will get a negative thinking.

Also, staying in the same place for hours lowers your creativity.

Change your environment often, you will feel the change.
4. Set goals

However, it is not enough to set a goal, you have to do it the right way, do your goals:

- Timely
- Specific
- Realistic
- Reachable
- Actionable
- Measurable
- With deadlines
- With smaller goals on the inside

Set the right goals and you'll make everything easier
5. Organize your time

You can't expect to work 1h/day and finish all your workload.

Organize your time by focusing in one task at the time, finish it, move on.

Lots of work will become into burnouts if you do not organize your time correctly.
