healthcare executives who have impoverished this nations finances and health , politicians , the nursing home executives who have people running between facilities just trying make a living because of low pay (yes even through covid) are who we should be directing our anger at
They have people running like idiots calling each other idiots to deflect what could be truly powerful and concentrated populist efforts to actually address the systemic corruption and genocidal lack of care for individual human life in this entire political and economic machine.
“Everyone” could stay lock inside and if they still have underpaid & understaffed nursing homes with multiple workers running in between different facilities the outbreaks will continue. If their delivery serfs don’t have paid sick leave, healthcare, proper pay, it will continue
The same people who well enough know “individual responsibility” is a canard have turned it into their own cult-like mantra . While being convinced everyone else is in a cult. This is fueling language that often precipitates extreme outbreaks of violence- “irredeemable people”.
People keep talking about how they they don’t believe in America anymore or that others can be “saved” but what has disillusioned me is seeing how quickly & with such ease so many developed an “I got mine” mindset with no empathy for genuine suffering and economic ruin of others
