Globally 62% of trans people murdered are women in sex work. Almost all the other trans people murdered are trans women who are killed by their own male partners. As with cisgender women, the risk increases the less resources & services are made available to at risk trans people

Which is why they tend to be women of colour, SWers and, in Europe, migrants. Find myself looking at every politician, charity & business posting about TDOR and wondering whether they are pro sex work decrim and trans women’s access to crisis services. If not it all seems hollow
