Been thinking a lot about the desperate need for gender parity in our K-12 school leadership this morning. Found this data.

If you are a teacher and you want and need to keep teaching, or you want and need to leave teaching, you do what you need to do. But if there's a voice in your head thinking about becoming a superintendent, I can say that you would be great, and we really need you.
