1. I have been a core member of the PTM since its inception. However, I contested the elections as an independent candidate. PTM is a movement & not registered as a political party. I accepted the invitation to the opposition APC & agreed to be a part of PDM as an opposition....
2.... Member of Parliament & representative of #Pashtuns. There has never been any confusion about my representation at the PDM. It was clear from the beginning that PDM is an alliance of those who participated in the APC called by @BBhuttoZardari.
3. There are hundreds of political parties in the country. Not all parties are in PDM. Questioning my presence in PDM at this stage is counterproductive to the forum’s struggle for democracy.I accepted the invitation to the APC & agreed to be part of PDM as a representative of..
4.marginalized people of former FATA,IDPs,missing persons, working class people & civil society in the country. In the past, opposition alliances have opened their doors to broader sections of the society to include the down trodden segments in the mainstream political struggle..
5. My struggle for civilian supremacy and marginalised people is not contingent on my membership of any alliance. I will continue, in whatever capacity I can, to serve my people and highlight their grievances on all forums.
