The nurse's note actually stated that she was the first one who was mad at him because she found a text message between him and the woman named Rachelle ( which has no evidence that they had any affair at this point). Also, Johnny was the one who called for help.
His team did make a mistake about the photo which they initially thought it was taken on April 21, 2016, but it was actually taken after this incident, and they acknowledged their mistake right at the very beginning of their testimony.
And despite both parties claiming another one hit them, It's only Johnny who has a photo of his injury while Amber Heard has none.
