Leaving a job to go solo is very intimidating - here are some tips that helped me. What works for you + your experience might be different
Actually write out what your expenses look like so you have a really granular understanding of your personal burn rate. Are there areas you can reduce? What does "bare bones", "comfortable", and "saving money look like $ wise?
Writing this out is not only an important exercise to understand your own lifestyle but personally, the personal finance anxiety was probably the highest. This is a good way to understand how much money you actually need to make and you can adjust your projects accordingly
Have an accountability partner that's also solo. Write down concrete tasks each week that you're planning to get done and send it to them.

Forcing yourself to write down the tasks will force you to crystallize the amorphous anxiety about how much stuff there is to do.
An accountability partner is great to also talk through highs and lows, keep your spirits up, and also provides some of the casual socialization that you'll probably end up missing from your job. Ideal is actually having an accountability GROUP, but one person you swap tasks with
Set specific dates with trigger points where if you don't meet X things, you'll consider looking for a job again. That can be $ earned, amount of a product built, etc.

Reality is not everyone succeeds going solo, and you should figure out if you think it's better for you or not
Exercise and sleep

you'll inevitably end up not doing these due to stress, but I can't emphasize enough how keeping these both consistent is critical to keeping up your confidence when shit is going sideways and keep you productive
Finally, and the one that helped me the most

Find someone that's done the solo journey before to tell you what things you should ACTUALLY stress about and what things are made up stresses or aren't as big a deal as you think. Definitely will put your mind at ease.
