The only people undermining the election are the people calling it before the states certify the ballots per the 12th Amendment.
If I tell you the truth and support it with evidence (12A, stare decisis, etc) yet you passionately reject it, then you have an emotional attachment to your own perspective likely from being indoctrinated by something you saw on TV and subconsciously connected emotionally with.
The states have until the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December to certify (3 U.S.C. §7). This year, that date is December 14th. Trump’s lawyers have to build a case by then.

These are emotion-free statements of fact, whether you are pro-Joe or just want it to end.
1. Donald Trump is entitled to his day in court, so long as his lawyers continue to meet the legal and Constitutional standards within the timeline.

2. Donald Trump is no more guilty of “sedition” than Al Gore was at this same point in 2000.
