So the person who said they'd bought a pizza from the Woodville Pizza Bar and caught covid was actually working there and lied to contact tracers, so fears of community transmission have gone down and lockdown will end tomorrow night in SA.
The SA Police Commissioner said there was "no mechanism" for them to fine the person for lying to contact tracers, which led to the lockdown.
To be clear, they're saying it means because he was working there and not a customer, he was a close contact of the security guard who worked there as well. So it means it wasn't a casual contact, meaning not spreading as easily and fast as they thought.
