How can you increase your shipping volume to get lower rates, and have fixed fees spread across more items.

Consolidation, container sharing, bulk purchasing...
Cant afford rent?

How can you increase the volume of items you are storing so the rent is spread across more items, and the margin less diluted by this OH cost.

Fulfillment centers, partner up and divide space, consolidate storage.

Etc.
