Thread: Trump’s Legal Team Press Conference1. Lots of info was presented. I encourage all to watch in full. I’ll attempt summarize for you. Rudy Giuliani, Sydney Powell & Jenna Ellis spoke.
The evidence presented was largely focused by state (PA, MI, WI, GA, AZ & NV) & type.
2. President Trump’s legal team framed their presentation as an opening argument for their court cases. Emphasis on sworn affidavits = evidence for each type of fraud described.

3. In summary, states that stopped counting used Dominion voting machines w/software. The huge number of in person Trump votes broke their algorithm They stopped counting to adjust (cheat) w/software & illegitimate ballots.
4. They believe a large number of votes were altered via Dominion/Smartmatic, Mail-In, absentee, etc. (some counted multiple times) were used (illegally) to change the lead to Biden. Enough found to prove Trump won by far.
5. The timing corresponds with the sharp upward spike in Biden votes in these battleground states that stopped, then resumed counting early the following morning, without observers (or so they thought).
6. The types of issues they presented included: A: poll watchers being denied ability to observe counting. Essential for mail in ballots to match signatures & check for errors.
7. B: Mail in ballots counted in spite of arriving late, back dated, errors, unmatched signatures, etc. C: Absentee ballots (WI) that weren’t requested (required by law to be requested).
8. D: Detroit, MI gave instructions to poll workers to back date absentee ballots, not to ask for ID, not check signatures or invalidate ballots. 9. E: PA had 2 counties (Montgomery & Centre) that helped voters fix errors (cure), but other counties didn’t get that opportunity. 11. G: Ballots (thousands) delivered (dark of night) witnessed in Detroit. They were in garbage cans, paper bags & cardboard boxes.
