If you don’t have good Zoom/online numbers to report as you’re being evaluated on #youthministry or would like to be evaluated on more than those, consider answering these questions:
How quickly did we pivot? And possibly pivot again? What quality was what we offered students in the transition? What have you learned during this transition? How have you personally developed as a leader during this time?
What did we add? What did we cancel? What did we finally stop we’ll never do again? Where did we save budget/money? What investments did we make for the future?
How ready are we to return? What infrastructure have you put in place for when the time is right to return to meeting again? How quickly can we pivot if this happens again?
How has our social media channels grown? Instagram, YouTube subscriber growth, text lists, etc. how did we adjust to connect w/students? Xbox Live, Among Us, etc.
If quarantine has been a cocoon for us ... what are we going to be like when we emerge as a butterfly? What will we give birth to after 10 months of incubating?
