The 9th House:

The Placement of "Why."

House of Religion, Politics, Travel & Uni, as it's known.

But, the reach of such is much farther than one may know.

While the house is one of religion, higher education, travel, culture, it is also one of politics, personal truth, philosophy, and belief.
It is the reason behind every moral & immoral action. It is the filter in which you act.

This is not to devalue the House as one that contains the environments in which we continue our education, where we travel to, how we travel and what we obtain from others.

But, it is to also mention that this is our perception of morality, and thus, they reason for our actions.

There, of course, is philosophy that is good & bad. Beliefs that are good & bad. Religions (such as Scientology) that are good & bad. Politics, Education Practices, Places, Travel Techniques, ect.

Everything can be framed under both good, and bad, for a myriad of reasons.

The nature of the 9th is understanding this. People will perceive whatever is in the 9th in either way, based off of their own bias. However, very strong and adamant opinions lie here (and can often end up being silenced to avoid confrontation).

Of course, how does this factor into our "Why"?

Religion, Politics, Philosophy & Morality are the largest factors considered when we do... anything, of thought. Whether this be speak on a subject, protest, or even just throw away our trash in the correct place, these drive us.

For each individual, what drives them further than the other is dependent on their 9th House.
How they intake the information for those why's, how they conflict with their parent's why's, and how they prioritize these why's is all within the 9th.

However, so are the pivotal questions that bring us to these moments of realization about our driving forces.
God may be ancillary in terms of questions for an Aries 9th, but pivotal for a Pisces 9th.
Death may be pivotal for a Scorpio 9th, but unconsidered for a Gemini 9th.

Yet, you go through these questions & frame your life around them.
Are you more adventurous because life can end at any moment? Because you're scared you won't experience everything? Your pursuit of knowledge must be satiated?
Do you care for the earth bc it's right? Or bc-

-of other's perceptions of you?
Do you pray because you want to feel closer to your God? Or is it for protection, to ease your anxiety, for the ticket to [Afterlife]? To manifest?

How do you believe? Why do you believe? How does that affect your day to day life?

The 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th Houses are huge part of our DAILY lives, not just their themes.
The 6th may be routines, but the 9th governs over what pushes us to complete those routines? What is our purpose? What do we believe in?

Could it be that you treat everyone with kindness because of a personal philosophy, instead of a religion? Maybe you're an atheist, who has a philosophy for treating people the way you want to be treated instead of a formal belief system or testaments.
