Hey @SecPompeo:

Let's have a conversation about antisemitism where we talk about it as something that impacts not only Jews in Israel but Jews right here in the USA.

Can you, for example, chat with @CawthornforNC about how proselytizing to Jews is antisemitic? (1/)
Or tell your friends about how supporting Soros conspiracy theories is antisemitic?

Or learn about how conflating Jewish identity with Israeli identity flattens both the experience of American Jews and non-Jewish Israelis, and plays into dangerous dual loyalism tropes? (2/)
I'd be thrilled, sir, if you and your party were actually committed to combatting antisemitism.

But what you are committed to is the evangelical Christian desire to get all the Jews back to the land of Israel in order to bring about the rapture. That's for you, not us. (3/)
So c'mon @SecPompeo, don't be shy. Call your supposed stance against antisemitism what it really is: philosemitism for the sake of your own faith, not mine. Don't use me or my people as your stepping stool. In fact, don't use us at all.
You can follow @ThatRabbiCohen.
