another #ArmenianArmy #WarCriminal, Col-Gen. Movses Akopyan (Hakobyan) made some bombshell admissions over which he is now being interrogated by the repression machine of the #Armenian government (that's right, there never was any #democracy in #Armenia - but keep pretending).
So Russia kept arming Armenia since Soviet times and all the way till November 2020. This included most sophisticated #ballistic missiles, Iskander-E, with range of 300km, and an EW jamming system Pole-21 against drones -- both of which #AzerbaijanArmy does not have.
Gen. Hakobyan said it was possible to limit Azerbaijani drones thanks to the deployment of Pole 21 electronic warfare equipment in occupied #Karabakh. The #ArmenianArmy received these systems in October 2020, i.e., during the active phase of the war.
Pole-21 allowed for 4 days to restrict the flights of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, including the Bayraktars TB2, which caused the greatest damage to the #ArmenianArmy. However, after 4 days #AzerbaijaniArmy managed to adapt & "bypass" these electronic warfare countermeasures.
Iskander ballistic missile was always the most powerful weapon in Armenia's arsenal, the type of weapon that no other similar sized country has. Armenia became first country in world to get it, receiving whopping 12 launchers. Iskaneder's were actually used according to Hakobyan.
The short-range missile, “was used during the war though I will not say where,” Colonel-General Movses Hakobyan told reporters Thursday in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, after he had stood down as head of the Defense Ministry’s military control service. Most likely used to hit Baku.
It was thought that Azerbaijan's air defenses, S-300 PMU-2 & Iron Dome, would not be able to intercept Iskander-E, but it seems that the variant of missiles in Armenia's possession lack the variable trajectory changing type, hence they were intercepted by Azerbaijani air defense.
Gen Hakobyan: “The mobilization in Karabakh was carried out at 78% in Armenia at 52%." That's it - despite all the loud pronouncements & vows, Armenians were scared to volunteer into the army. We already quoted another general admitting that "at least" 10,000 deserted.
Gen Hakobyan: "On the fifth day (!!!) of the war, 1,500 people fled [from the #ArmenianArmy], they were isolated [in Karabakh region] so as not to return to Armenia and not cause panic. They were initially sent to the wrong place." So kept 1,500 people hostage to avoid panic.
Then #WarCriminal Gen. Hakobyan made his "fatal" error - he had the nerve to ask @NikolPashinyan's wife Anna to get lost from the General's Staff war room. He approached her and said that she did not need to be here.
Gen. Hakobyan: "I said: "No need, here men talk, swear. She [Anna Akopyan] said OK. Four hours later, I was summoned to Yerevan to see the Minister of Defense. I came with the expectation that I would return to Karabakh. But the minister told me that I shouldn't go anymore."
another fascinating revelation is about Armenian standards on propaganda. Gen. Hakobyan: "during the 44 days of the war, lies were spreading, which plunged the country into a deep crisis. One of the tasks of the information center was to mislead the enemy....
.... But there is one standard - 'stuffing' of lies should not exceed 30% of the information. In Armenia, the lie was 100%. Hence the numerous questions that arose from people, from the military. Hence the conflicting opinions, conflicting information."
So now you know that at all times up to 30% of all information from Armenian government, including its Offense Ministry, are pure lies and #FakeNews. The rest 70% are a product of unclear thinking and becoming a zombie due to non-stop radical hate speech & propaganda in Armenia.
