She describes the absentee ballots arrived in unmarked cardboard boxes with no official seal or signatures on it as required by election laws

She’s describing that a batch of ballots showed up in pristine condition like they’d never been handled or folded like they’d been in an envelope and the bubble marking were perfectly uniform. Didn’t appear to be hand drawn as they normally would

She also said the paper was inconsistent with normal absentee ballots of which she has been handling for 20 years. She that particular stack was 98% for Biden

They were sent home early when there were clearly more batches and this was repeated day after day, and counting was still going.

They were provided no signatures envelopes to compare signatures with as required by law.

State tried to imply that the pristine ballots were cast in person on Election Day and wouldn’t be folded

Boiles quickly corrected her saying yes the should be in double envelopes including this signatures

Smith is now doing re-direct basically boosting her credibility and credentials based of her experience over the last 20 years
