I don't think the press release is out yet, but tweets from SISRA team members seem to confirm that @SISRAAnalytics customers are being informed of the company's acquisition by @JuniperEd. So congrats to all involved!
Why this matters:

Juniper has to date focused mostly on primary: they bought a MIS that is almost exclusively used in primaries, and their other headline purchases are primary trackers. In contrast, SISRA is a secondary product, so the acquisition signals the company's all-phase ambitions.

This is further evidence of consolidation in the school admin tool market. Big PE-backed companies (Juniper, IRIS, Community Brands, Jonas etc) are hoovering up standalones to form MIS/bolt on conglomerates.

Assessment Analytics in particular is consolidating fast. Juniper bought OTrack, Target Tracker, Classroom Monitor, Maze & now SISRA; my former thing (Assembly) was bought by Community Brands; FFT are growing into the tracker space.

That said it remains perfectly possible to be standalone: @InsightHQ (pri. assessment) continues to flourish; @GO4SchoolsHSL is building a MIS in-house; & @SmartgradeUK (my new MAT assessment platform) is growing nicely. Just needs clear differentiation from competition.
