A little clarification thread about delayed ejaculation. I’m perfectly aware of underlying reasons for DE and I don’t want to make light of those concerns. But ultimately you are the one responsible for your own pleasure. 1/6 https://twitter.com/bferelith/status/1329436938068234240
When you purposely delay ejaculation multiple times because you don’t want to cum yet, you risk the train leaving the station altogether. When that happens, don’t put it on the other person and expect them to “make” you cum. Take responsibility. 2/6
Sex workers can be magical but we can’t wave a magic wand and make you cum when you forget why you’re here in the first place. Stop trying to control everything. Just let go and be in the moment. There is no “cum too soon”. That’s mostly a myth and misconception. 3/6
The average from start to finish is 3-8 mins. Even if you fall outside of this a bit, it’s still normal. But past 30-40 mins non-stop & it may not happen. AND your partner may be experiencing discomfort at this point. Of course if both ppl like long sessions, that’s fine too. 4/6
Let go of performance anxiety. Become more aware of your own sexual response cycle, your orgasm triggers and your point of no return. SLOW DOWN. Be present in the moment with your partner. Focus on them. And if you don’t know how, find a competent sex coach (🙋🏻‍♀️) to teach you. 5/6
Sex is about pleasure, not performance. It’s not a race, it’s a journey. It shouldn’t be about ticking off specific boxes. And if it is for you, maybe you should re-evaluate your sexual history & figure out why because I guarantee your partners aren’t satisfied. 6/6
