For campers that want help, there are needs to help move belongings, film police and rapid response, advocate for more time to move for disabled folks, making sure receipts are given if any belongings are taken. if cops show up try not to engage because...
that can be escalating and cause harm to the residents in a traumatic situation. It’s not necessary to show up in full force read to battle. So please do not draw negative attention or instigate or seek to clash with rapid response. Focus on care and support for residents. 🙏🏽
most ppl never been at an active sweep. You are committing to HOURs of work with one person. Strongly suggested you work with one resident and help them through the WHOLE process. Again, understand you are committing to hours of work. And a lot of it is personal sensitive work.
