Rudy Giuliani is holding a presser to rehash unfounded allegations of a left-wing conspiracy to rig votes in Dem-leaning big cities. He's with Trump ride-or-die lawyers from the past four years: Sidney Powell (also Michael Flynn's lawyer), Joe DiGenova, and Victoria Toensing
Giuliani is citing an affidavit filed by an election worker in Detroit that he says offers proof of fraud. Here are the excerpts from the court opinion explaining why the claims in this affidavit weren't persuasive or were altogether disproven by evidence from election officials
Here's a link to the full opinion in the Costantino case: https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/7328416/11-13-20-Costantino-Opinion.pdf

The judge noted this witness didn't lodge any complaints at the time about what she allegedly witnessed and only came forward after Biden won
Giuliani describes another affidavit in Costantino that questioned ballots arriving at a counting center in a truck early in the a.m. Here is the judge addressing that affidavit and saying the county using a rental truck to transport ballots is not proof of "evil activity"
Giuliani says they dismissed their lawsuit in Michigan this morning b/c they were trying to get Wayne County to "decertify" the results and "they did, they decertified."

That is false. Wayne County voted to certify the results of the election.
Giuliani falsely stated that the media has not been covering the GOP affidavits — I can say this is false because legal twitter is lit right now with reporters who immediately knew what parts of the Costantino opinion to screenshot that addressed these affidavits
Giuliani's remarks today repeated allegations from various court cases that judges have rejected or, as happened in MI today, the campaign has dropped altogether. Giuliani vaguely says they're "about to" file suit in GA and will "more than probably" file suit in AZ
Sidney Powell is now up after Giuliani, who is detailing a conspiracy theory that draws lines between executives of companies that produced ballot tabulation tech used in this election and George Soros, the Clinton Foundation, Hugo Chavez, and antifa
Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis on today's presentation: "This is what you can expect to see when we get to court to actually have a full trial on the merits to actually show this evidence in court and prove our case."

Comes hours after the campaign dropped its own case in MI.
Back to the MI case — Ellis says Wayne County is not going to certify the election results. Wayne County *did* certify the results. MI SoS says there is no legal mechanism for county canvassing board members to rescind their votes after the fact
Giuliani dismisses the Michigan SoS, but doesn't offer details about how they plan to stop MI from certifying statewide at this point. He and Ellis talked about needing the chance to prove their claims of fraud in court, but they dropped the suit in Michigan
